Peru - Las Damas de San Ingacio
Peru - Las Damas de San Ingacio
This is the fourth time WPCR has offered a coffee from the female-farmed co-op Las Das de San Ignacio. And like previous crops, this one is as refined as it is tasty. The consistency of the product coming out of the Cajamarca region is a pleasure to behold. High up in the Andes Mountains, the fresh coffee cherries are delivered to the mill using donkeys due to the steep terrain. So grind up some fresh beans, breathe in that fresh brew, and imagine the picturesque farms growing their amazing offerings. Cheers!
