From high in the hills of Tarrazu comes our stable Costa Rican regional offering, provided by a variety of small holder farms, many 4 hectares or less. 

We find this to be a great example of the classic Central American cup highlighting the flavors that have come to define and set Costa Rican coffees apart.  Elevation, volcanic soil and ideal micro-climates make for nutty and earthy aromas with a buttery rich mouth feel and substantial chocolate notes that never seem to overwhelm or linger too long on the palate.

Tasting Notes: Caramel aromas give way to chocolate, earthy and nutty flavors with a buttery mouth feel and clean aftertaste.
